The Italian-born world renowned artist, engineer,
and lighting designer, Remo Saraceni is best known for inventing
the Walking Piano™ that became a hallmark in the major motion
picture BIG starring Tom Hanks.
The
Walking Piano™ is just one of Remo’s many interactive
creations that connect the imagination of childhood with the technology
of the future.
Remo’s unique combination of scientific intellect and creative
capital have earned him the description "high-tech Renaissance
Man."
Remo’s credentials include works on display in science and
art museums, discovery centers, as well as children’s hospitals
throughout the world. He holds a Masters degree in electronics,
and at one time worked developing rocket modules for the American
space program.

Remo is the founder of "Museum Interactive Technologies,"
a Philadelphia-based designer company with over 30 years of experience.
Among things, he has been awarded a U.S. Energy Conservation Award
for developing a relovutionary concept in lighting efficiency for
use in shopping centers.
Currently, Remo Saraceni is continuing his fantastic work in connection
with well-known cultural establishments and institutions all over
